Helen has a successful dietetic private practice, since the year 1998.Ā She hasĀ counselled over 20,000 individuals successfully to become the best versions of themselves.Ā Via personal research to assess the weight loss needs of her clientele, Helen has developed a very unique model of education and support to help you transform to achieve and keep your personal goals.

Helen is an Author in the area of weight loss surgery, general nutrition and Irritable bowel disease regarding a low Fodmap Diet, worked on TV with Foxtel Living Life Now Program, has self funded and developed a series of DVD's (General Nutrition, Bariatric Surgery and Exercise)Ā and produced a diabetesĀ education program for both the health professional and client, titled Diabetes Insideout.
In addition to Helen's dietetic practice,Ā she also provides Business Coaching to the Health Industry to help them modify their education style to better service their clientele and for the business owner to have better work life balance.
