The initial fee consultation fee is : $150

You will receive:

An initial consultation for 30mins

2 months free access to Helen's online video library of over 80 videos

2 months access to live on line zoom meetings conducted by Helen and Guest speakers

The full fee of the review appointment is $85.

If you are on a care plan, you pay the gap of $25

If you are not on a care plan, but have private health insurance that has extras including dietitian, then you pay the full fee of $85 and Helen will provide you with an itemised receipt to claim with your private health insurance company.

(1)   Private Insurance – you need extras that includes dietitian, you will be provided with a receipt to claim, this is separate to the receipt received for the initial payment via stripe. Helen will email you a receipt adequate for claiming with your private health insurance

(2)   Medicare – your GP will need to organize an EPC (enhanced primary care plan). For the initial consultation, you will pay the full fee of  $150 and Helen will organize your medicare rebate of $56. Regarding your review, you will just need to pay the $25 gap.

(1) You will receive an email with a the payment link to pre pay and confirm your appointment
(2) This email will also have a link to complete an online assessment form prior to the appointment. This allows Helen to get to know you in advance and prepare for the session.
(3) If you find any part of this process difficult, please contact Helen and she will provide you an alternative solution to make it easier for you

If an appointment is missed, the full fee for the consultation will cover the cancelation fee
