Fee of the review appointment is $85.

(1)   Private Insurance – you need extras that includes dietitian, you will be provided with a receipt to claim, this is separate to the receipt received for the initial payment via stripe. Helen will email you a receipt adequate for claiming with your private health insurance

(2)   Medicare – your GP will need to organize an EPC (enhanced primary care plan). The care plan program offers you a $60 rebate. Therefore your out-of-pocket costs are the following:

-- initial consultation $90

-- review consultation: $25

In order to claim back from Medicare an itemized receipt will be provided to allow you to claim $60 back from each appointment while on the care plan

(1) You will receive an email with a the payment link to pre pay and confirm your appointment. The only reason Helen requests payment prior to the appointment is due to a history over the years of last-minute cancellations or no-shows by clients. This inconveniences both Helen and results in clients needing to wait a longer time frame for their appointment. Helen really appreciates your understanding in this situation to limit cancellations with no notice.

(2) This email will also have a link to complete an online assessment form prior to the appointment. This allows Helen to get to know you in advance and prepare for your session. The moment you pay for your appointment, you will automatically gain access to Helen's 80 Video Education Library online.

(3) If you find any part of this process difficult, please contact Helen and she will provide you an alternative solution to make it easier for you

If an appointment is missed, the full fee for the consultation will cover the cancelation fee
