MODULE 1

The power and importance of being completely clear on your reason to even consider making any change in your lifestyle will help you keep focused to stay on track.  Working through this module, Helen will take you through an exercise become clear on your why which is is an internal reason, not event based and summarized in one word.

MODULE 2

Power of Intermittent fasting

In this lesson, you’ll learn:

  • How fasting help burn the fat on your body more easily
  • To help reduce portions at a meal timer
  • To help improve gut health to support weight loss
  • Various methods of fasting to choose from

You’ll finish this module understanding how and why to consciously fast in various ways, which also helps with mental clarity and to increase energy levels.

MODULE 3

Set Your Day Up For Success

The power of your mind to dictate whether you have a good or bad day can start with your thoughts from the night before due to your subconscious mind.  What you watch, what you listen to will be festered while you sleep.  If these thoughts are not conducive to your improved mental wellbeing, we need to alter these.

Helen will demonstrate a four step process that will set your mind to be in a winning momentum at the beginning of the day and the same routine can be repeated anytime during the day in as quick as 2-5minutes to rapidly change your negative state into a positive.

MODULE 4

Managing Non-Hungry Eating

In this course, you’ll learn:

  • How to reduce your guilt around food and convert it to your friend
  • How to stop self sabotaging and over eating with little control
  • How to eat when not hungry in more control and taste and enjoy your food more.

You will finish this lesson understanding how to eat a  little of everything guilt free.

MODULE 5

Manifesting your desired reality

The word 'manifestation' means to create something or turn something from an idea into a reality. In psychology, manifestation generally means using our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to bring something to our physical reality.  Manifesting or creating a desired outcome in real life must stem from improving your internal dialogue via the module, "Set Your Day Up For Success".  Helen will take you through the exercise of applying this activity in your daily routine.

 

MODULE 6

Best Way To Monitor Your Weight Loss

In this module, Helen will provide you with the confidence to monitor your weight loss without the scales and no longer allow a number dictate your emotional wellbeing.

MODULE 7

Set Your Goals

 

The desire to achieve, the hope to achieve and then perhaps wondering why you feel like you are stuck, it's crucial to set in writing your goals and then develop an action plan to achieve.  Goals without an action plan will prevent you from succeeding.  This module will help you map out your goals and create an action plan to work through each goals step by step.

MODULE 8

Accepting Self Responsibility

 

In this module, Helen will guide you to determine your thoughts and past experiences that have molded you to possibly have defeaters mindset of "it never works for me, it's just too hard".  You can alter this conditioning. 

MODULE 9

Vision Board

 

Creating and building a vision board will help you summarize and cement everything you would like to achieve in all areas of your life.  There are no limits, but the power of documenting your desires, life will provide these for you.  Helen will work through the steps of how to build a vision board using a variety of materials that best suit you.
