Session 2 : What You'll Discover
Attract ideal clients consistently, and build systems that nurture warm leads automatically
While creating more time, freedom, and flexibility in your life
The Foundation of Effective Marketing Starts with Clarity
One of the biggest reasons businesses struggle to attract consistent leads is a lack of clarity around who their ideal client truly is.
You may find yourself serving several different types of customers and struggling to create a clear, cohesive message that resonates with all of them. Alternatively, you may still be working out exactly who your ideal client is and what their most pressing needs are.
Whichever stage you're at, the path to clarity is the same.
The key is to step into your client's shoes and see the world from their perspective.
Let's use a simple example. Imagine you've decided it's time to replace the heating system in your home. Your primary concerns are likely to be understanding the replacement process, exploring your options, and finding the most efficient and cost-effective solution.
As you begin researching online, you'll discover many companies that can solve your problem. However, the business that captures your attention is usually the one that clearly demonstrates an understanding of your specific concerns. They answer your questions, address your worries, and make you feel understood. Often, this connection begins before you've even spoken with them directly.
The same principle applies to your business.
When your audience feels seen, understood, and supported, they're far more likely to engage with you. Learning how to communicate your value clearly allows you to stand out in a crowded marketplace and position yourself as a trusted authority.
The Power of Automated Lead Generation
A successful business owner doesn't rely solely on one-to-one conversations to build trust and generate opportunities.
Instead, they create systems that attract new warm leads, nurture relationships, provide valuable education, and build credibility—often before a prospect ever books a call or reaches out personally.
This is the power of strategic automation.
By leveraging the right content and systems, your social media and online presence can work for you around the clock, helping prospects move from awareness to trust and ultimately to action.
The goal isn't simply to generate more leads. It's to create a business that operates efficiently, gives you greater freedom, and allows you to spend more time working on the business rather than constantly working in it.
When done well, your business can continue attracting opportunities, serving clients, and generating income—even when you're not actively engaging every step of the process.
The 4 step process to communicate effectively to your ideal client, with 50 social media post ideas
Learn how to scale your business, to work less, increase your profits, while expenses remain the same or decrease
How to attract, nurture, and convert warm leads automatically—so you can spend less time marketing and more time doing what you love.
How to automate the client journey—from initial interest to enquiry—without sacrificing authenticity

Helen uses the KISP principle. Keep it simple and practical. If you are struggling to lose weight you will learn about the gaps in your knowledge that are holding you back and most importantly be supported step by step to implement the required changes to succeed
Helen's dietary approach to help you heal from the inside-out, for optimum health. Improve gut health, reduce inflammation in the body and manage stress better. These three pillars of health are crucial to support better medical outcomes that you are seeking such as weight loss, managing menopause and peri-menoapause.
Helen is an Author in the area of weight loss surgery, general nutrition and Irritable bowel disease regarding a low Fodmap Diet, worked on TV with Foxtel Living Life Now Program, has self funded and developed a series of DVD's (General Nutrition, Bariatric Surgery and Exercise) and produced a diabetes education program for both the health professional and client, titled Diabetes Insideout.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Helen sought to grow her dietetic practice and engaged associates to join her. After the fourth associate left within six to eight months, Helen gleaned the processes to run a successful private practice and they moved on quickly. Helen changed her methods. Helen sought formal business coaching and learned how to automate her education, leverage her expert knowledge, and provide package programs rather than just one-on-one education. Over the 27 years Helen perfected the process of leveraging her expert knowledge in an automated manner within the dietetic practice. This has allowed her to run a full-time workload on a very part-time basis.
In 2020 Helen pivoted into providing formal business coaching services to support other solopreneurs and small to medium enterprise businesses to achieve the same result of leveraging their expert knowledge to work 20 hours less a week while doubling their income.
